VOENA debuts their first performance for the Benicia library to bring the community of families together to celebrate the rich musical culture that VOENA represents. The mission of uniting the world with children's voices has taken this Benicia based choir all over the world to tour Bali, Italy, Croatia, Greece, to represent the US in Japan, and flown to Abu Dhabi to sing for The Crown Prince for World Alliance! The children learn to celebrate and embrace each other's culture and language. Members who have participated in the group for years boast singing in over 20 languages! From the tiniest to the tallest...girls and boys....youth and teens, VOENA will highlight our season of music choosing from an a cappella repertoire in this "Voices of Courage" theme with such songs as BRAVE, Blackbird, and African song Woyaya.
